For maintenance, design and technical purchasing teams
We welcome enquiries from maintenance teams, repair companies, machinery manufacturers, designers, engineering design offices and technical buyers. Describe the component’s function and operating conditions so that its technical requirements can be considered alongside the manufacturing scope and expected demand.
Component documentation and requirements
For the initial discussion, prepare a drawing, 3D model, foundry pattern, sample or description of the component. Include the application, material, dimensions, quantity and required delivery date.
Include any specified mechanical properties, leak-tightness requirements, tolerances, surface roughness and acceptance criteria. Identify the surfaces to be machined and state whether a pattern or permanent mould is available. You can identify missing information in your first message.

Sand casting of non-ferrous metals
We produce gravity castings in sand moulds. The process, material and subsequent machining scope are agreed from the component geometry, documentation and order requirements.
Gravity die castingWe produce gravity die castings, including aluminium alloy castings. The use of permanent metal tooling is confirmed after reviewing the alloy, geometry, quantity and component requirements.
Foundry patterns and pattern equipmentWe make prototype and production foundry patterns and work on existing pattern equipment. The scope is prepared from the documentation and the casting process for the specific component.
