Foundry operations since 1989
METAL-KOLOR’s foundry operations date back to 1989. Based in Starachowice, Poland, we produce non-ferrous castings and provide pattern making, machining of castings and bearing refurbishment.
The foundry is at ul. Ostrowiecka 5. Please contact our office before visiting, delivering goods or collecting an order to arrange your arrival.
Manufacturing tailored to your component
Our services include copper and copper alloy castings and aluminium alloy castings. We discuss available patterns, material requirements and any subsequent machining.
Discussing your component and its application
We welcome enquiries from designers, machinery manufacturers, maintenance teams, repair companies and technical buyers. Start with the documentation or an available sample component and describe its application.
In your first message, include the material, quantity, required delivery date and machining requirements. This allows us to discuss the component requirements together with the scope of work.

Copper and copper alloy castings
We produce castings in bronze, brass and copper. Please specify the material grade stated on your drawing.
Aluminium castingsWe produce aluminium alloy castings, including aluminium-silicon alloys. We review the alloy specification, available patterns and component requirements before production.
